Download RAISE app on a phone
Aquire a low amount Giftcard from anywhere(Neiman marcus promos, returns, left over shit... whatever)
Get CC with full info
Make account on raise with CC info
link paypal account, it can be bullshit u wont need the money from the sale neways
Sell low amount GC
After it sells and it deposits to paypal your raise account will have good standing
Buy reasonable GC now using CC info on account, EX: PS Store $60 card
IT will be delivered instantly.
After that, try adding something like Walmart for like $250
Should be delivered instantly.
Sell or use whatever
I advise using all CC info, using throw away mobile phone, etc

Checkout as guest
Ship to drop, use CC info(name, phone, etc)
Check billing diff then ship
