It is established that for a year of such activity the guy transferred to malefactors access to accounts of more than 50 people. The accounts were later used to withdraw funds stolen from citizens.
Investigators opened five criminal cases for illegal circulation of payment means. Previously, the defendant had already come to the attention of law enforcement officers for abusing state symbols.
