One could request a refund for an in-app purchase as follows:
Get the required in-app item straight from inside the app.
Visit play.google.com and select My Account under the gear icon in the top right corner.
Find your purchase in the order history; next, click the three dots on the right and select 'Alert a problem'.
Choose the choice. I bought this but never got it, and the next explanation is:The app crashed; I never received the item.
Returns for goods purchased for less than $10 are typically handled immediately. Give orders over $50 some processing time.
