1. From within the app, make your preferred in-app purchase.
2. Select 'My account' by clicking the gear icon on the top right corner and browsing play.google.com.
3. Click the three dots on the right and choose 'Report a problem' under your order history to find the purchase.
4. Choose this choice: I purchased this but did not receive it.
Write this:When I tried to purchase it, the app shut, and the item I wanted never got
5. If the buy is less than $10, they will give you a refund right away; should it be more than $50, it will take some days.
