1. No need to use VPN.
2. Public CC is worked, I have tested.
Don't waste ur good CC to do it, just use public CC.
3. You can type fake email in registration form.
If the account successfully paid, u can easily change email in account settings.
4. Scroll down in payment section, u have to change payment region same with CC.
example: If u have UK CC, change payment region to UK.
5. If u get "Sorry, we couldn't blablabla" then u need to clear browser data and repeat with another email/account.
